On the Hill
10th Biennial “On The Hill” Summit
A legacy of advocacy and leadership in Washington, D.C.
At the 2025 On The Hill Legislative Summit, nearly 800 teens from all seven regions gathered in Washington, D.C., each bringing their own lived experiences and perspectives to a weekend centered on Amplifying Our Voices. Panels filled with changemakers and visionary leaders unpacked issues shaping the State of the Black Family — including mental health, education equity, economic mobility, and cultural resilience — offering youth an inside look at the policy landscape affecting their communities. Through this immersive experience, teens moved from learning to action, engaging directly with lawmakers and discovering their power to influence policy now, reaffirming Jack and Jill of America, Inc.’s national leadership in developing informed, confident young advocates.
