Guided by the theme “Leading with Heart, Leaving a Legacy,” our region is more than a collective of chapters; it is a movement. A movement rooted in love, driven by purpose, and committed to building a future where our children not only succeed, but thrive.

For over 86 years, Jack and Jill of America, Inc. has been a trailblazer in cultivating leadership, excellence, and service within the African American community. Since the founding of our first Mid-Western chapter in Columbus, Ohio, in 1945, we have remained steadfast in our dedication to nurturing confident, capable, and visionary young leaders.

And I serve alongside some dynamic women who bring passion, innovation, and a deep commitment to excellence to their roles:

Leading with heart means showing up with compassion, courage, and conviction for not only our children but also our mothers and fathers. It means recognizing that the success of our children is not just a hope—it is our responsibility. Every program, every initiative, and every moment is designed to invest in their growth, amplify their voices, and prepare them to lead with integrity and impact.

We are the Mighty Mid-Western Region, filled with mothers who are dreamers, doers, and difference-makers. Together, we are building a legacy that will endure for generations.
